age. We begin as early as age 8, nurturing cognitive skills
such as critical thinking, analytical ability, problem-solving,
and decision-making.
We believe that career counselling, when done ethically and effectively, is not just a service, it is a movement. It is one of the most profound industries because it shapes lives, workplaces, and ultimately, nations. By helping individuals discover the “right fit for the right role,” we enable higher productivity, deeper involvement, reduced stress, and genuine job satisfaction.
Unfortunately, in India, career counselling has long been reduced to a formality is often tied to admissions and limited to privileged circles in Tier-1 schools. With only 13.2% of students accessing professional counsellors (ET) and 93% students being aware of just 7 career options, this is alarming. Career guidance here has largely remained either inaccessible, unaffordable, or misunderstood.
At VXG, we are committed to rewriting this narrative. Our focus is not just on the elite few, but on Tier-2, Tier-3 cities and rural India—the true masses of our nation. We aim to be at the forefront of solving India’s employability crisis, skill gap, and career stress, while also working on building cognitive abilities and life skills—because success is not only about what you know, but how you grow.

Sumair Wani
Assistant Manager
With over 16 years of experience in the education sector and allied industries, Summer Wani have witnessed how the right blend of strategic administration, effective branding, and human resource development can transform organizations into sustainable institutions of impact.
Sumeer’s journey across reputed organizations such as Informatics, Essel Group, HDFC Bank, and leading educational institutes—along with five enriching years of international exposure in the Gulf—has given me a deep understanding of both global best practices and local challenges. This experience helps me steer HR systems, administrative frameworks, and branding initiatives that not only build organizational efficiency but also enhance institutional trust and visibility.
At VXG, from building robust people practices and streamlining operations to creating a strong, credible brand identity that resonates with students, parents, educators, and stakeholders alike.

Head of HR & Administration
Nikita Patel leads Human Resources and Administration at VerdeXGlobal, ensuring that the organization runs with efficiency, structure, and a strong focus on people-first values. An MBA and B.Ed. graduate, Anjali blends academic insight with practical strategies to create impactful learning experiences. She has successfully trained and mentored over 1,400 students, empowering them with confidence, communication skills, and life skills essential for personal and professional success.
As a guest speaker at the Indian Institute of Fashion Technology, Bhopal (IIFT), Anjali has shared her expertise with diverse audiences, inspiring young minds to embrace growth, adaptability, and self-awareness in their learning journeys.
Piyush Kumar
Head of Internships
Piyush Kumar leads the Internship Program at VerdeXGlobal, designing and heading opportunities that give students of classes 8th to 12th real-world exposure beyond the classroom. A graduate with a strong passion for education, he believes in teaching through practical, hands-on learning that helps students connect theory with application.
With his innovative approach, Piyush ensures that young learners not only explore diverse career fields early but also develop essential life skills that prepare them for the future. His vision is simple yet impactful—to make learning meaningful by bridging the gap between academics and the real world.
